Defective Products:
In the case a product is defective, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving the product(s) for a replacement or refund.
When a replacement or refund on a defective product is required, shipping charges will be covered, and a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Replacements:
A replacement product will be provided if the same product is in stock when the returned defective product is received.
