This is for a Scotty High Performance Downrigger spare parts kit, it comes in a waterproof container with o ring in lid for tight seal and place on side of lid to tie into as seen, theres a a small mark on the lid doens't affect anything, the kit includes- stopper bead orange for braided line x4, stopper bead black for s/s line x4, brass connector sleeve 150lbs. x6 and 180lbs. x6, coastlock swivel snap x2, cable couple bumper x2, trolling snubber, drive belt x1, and 1 3/4" star knob x1. The container also has a measurement tab on side sort of like a ruler marking probably ounce measurement. Great to have spare parts so that your fishing trip doesn't get ruined and also a nice container for other uses.
