What if there is a problem with my order?
If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is message your Sales Engineer. He or she will take care of you, no matter what. The only policy we have is we'll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy.
What if I receive a defective product?
We will offer you full refunds only the item you received is Broken or defectove product, please return it within 3 days after you received it, and keep it good condition same we sent ,can;t miss any of parts ! After we receive the item, we will give you Full-Refunds or exchange, but we won `t pay return the shipping cost if not our guitar quality question ..
