I have tried to adjust the resolution on thee screen, didn't work. I thought when I bought it and set it up it was because I was using a lower resolution of computer. But the same effect was when I use a higher resolution computer. Could be in the graphics card. But no refunds please. It works fine If you can us it with resolution adjustment. Everything is with it that came with it. In the original box. The line down the middle is a reflection.
