Vintage coin glass trumpet shape bud vase
Measure approximately 3.25" diameter x 8"H
Heavy crystal glass with 1/4" thickness walls
6 fluted side panels with rounded tops create a scalloped rim
Frosted coin images (wolf, wildcat, goose, eagle) alternate in panels
Created to commemorate Canadian animals 1861-1961
Made in USA by Fostoria Glass Company in 1967
In very good condition with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs (see notes)

SELLER'S NOTES: This is a beautiful bud vase that is in very good condition. However, there appears to be a short scratch in the glass on the outside at the bottom of the flying goose coin. Because of the shape of the line, it doesn't seem to be a crack in the glass and it doesn't go any deeper than the surface. It could be a production flaw but that is merely a speculation. The scratch is difficult to notice as it wasn't known to us until the camera pointed it out while we were doing the listing. But it does exist and needs to be mentioned.
