    Description

    Original Authentic Item.
    This vintage cast iron sign is in great condition! There are no cracks, breaks or chips.
    It has been lightly cleaned to remove old paint and lots of surface rust.
    The sign measures ~ 11" in width x ~ 3" in height having authentic true age character. Weight 1,3 lb / 580 grams.
    It reads "Notice anyone placing any encumbrance on this balcony will be fined ten dollars."
    This one was bought in New York in 2008 at a flea market.
    These are quite rare to find nowadays and this one is in the nicest condition I have seen.
    A great piece of memorabilia and collectable old sign.
