This is an auction for a 1930s Birthday card measuring 5-1/2 x 4-1/2 inches featuring a country house and garden, bluebirds, with silver foil border and birds flying.  Inside the card is the house and trees and a printed message.  The card has been signed and is in good
shape, except on the inside upper right is some kind of pucker.  NO envelope.
